I was an hour and a half late for my appointment on Christmas Eve and they still helped me out. I know healthcare workers are compassionate, but that was above and beyond, and I really appreciate it. Thank you for taking care of Jamison beef Wellington the third!

Avoid this company! They lure you in with a free first visit and after spending over $400 on tests, medication, and food, they have the audacity to charge an office visit fee just for a checkup a week later to make sure your pet is getting better with the over priced medication THEY prescribed. I was told I didn’t buy their membership package so it doesn’t matter if I was just there and it was for the same issue. Anytime you walk in those doors it’s $75. Absolutely disgusting and predatory behavior. They are all about making MONEY and NOT the wellbeing of your pet!

Very negative experience at this Banfield location today. The nurse helping continually gave a condescending attitude, while also making passive aggressive remarks about my dog. I felt pressured about signing up for the Wellness Plan, which I have already denied several times prior to this appointment today. I did not feel comfortable with the care or customer service provided, and I do not feel comfortable to return. I’ve never left a Banfield feeling upset until today, and I have been a loyal customer for 2+ years.

They gave our 14 1/2 year old dog a bordetella vaccine and afterwards discussed with us that being we don’t board our dog or take it to the dog park (which we never did) there should be no need for it going forward. Needless to say our healthy but aging dog had reacted poorly and developed a breathing problem which progressively got worse during the week, on the day we were scheduled to bring him in for an examination he sadly passed away! I called and voiced my strong opinion to the effect that they should be discussing matters prior to administering anything to a senior pet so maybe others wouldn’t have to experience what we did. Too little too late for our sweet and loved dog. I would recommend a more family friendly place for your loved pets. Also when I initially called there was no suggestion to bring him in immediately and had to call several times and was promised a return call which never came so I had to call again the next day, not the first time this happened.
