Should have looked at the rating before I even took my cat here. Had me sitting for 2 hours, they said I could leave my cat there, which I’m not going to do when it is a new vet I am going to. They should have offered me to reschedule my appointment if you knew you only have one doctor and she does not have the time. They kept saying 20 min, 20 min over and over again. They also did not them what the medication was for, just how to administer it. Dr.Klutts is the doctor name, her assistant has colorful hair,(she was the one who was supposed to explain the meds). DO NOT RECOMMEND 👎

So disappointed. They care more about money than the animals. I confirmed the price multiple times before my cat’s appointment, and then was charged double with added on fees that provided no additional services. Also was charged for services he did not receive. When we asked the staff about the huge price discrepancy she was rude and dismissive and said to call corporate that’s what they always do. We will be taking all of our animals elsewhere.

Update: the next day (today) I called and asked if they could fill the Carprofen (I thought I had some at home but didn’t have enough) the same girl who wanted to cancel my appt yesterday put me on hold for over ten minutes trying to figure out how to get my prescription approved. She told me they would get it ready and I got a call saying it was ready and to pick it up by 5. I left work early to go get it. I get there and it was the wrong med. Apparently she didn’t listen to anything that I said in the conversation. I was extremely frustrated after two days of the same nonsense . I did get loud which I apologized for but my frustration got the best of me. They are incompetent and the girl up front needs to get another job. I gave them a one star because the tech Rachel was super sweet and answered all my questions. The girl that answered the phone should probably work somewhere that doesn’t have customers or people for that matter. I made an appt earlier in the day online and was called telling me that the Dr. wanted to see my dog as soon as I could bring him in because of the symptoms he was having. I was working so unfortunately I couldn’t come sooner. My appt was 3:45 and there was extra traffic due to an accident which would have gotten me there at 3:51 by my GPS I called as a courtesy (there is zero grace period I assume). She rudely told me my dog couldn’t be seen and I had to reschedule because they had an emergency. I got there and there was no animals even there lol. The place was filthy and they only put me in a room because there was two big dogs and I didn’t want anything to happen. The Doctor came in and basically could care less. They just wanted to overcharge me for a procedure that wasn’t necessary. All they want is to sell you overpriced procedures and overpriced plans that are a joke and you end up paying more anyway. Do yourself a favor spend your money where someone is going to treat you and your animal with care and respect. I will never visit any of their establishments again. They should be embarrassed!!!! I’ll stay with Winter park pet hospital. Dr. Wallace is the best. I only went there because my vet didn’t have anything available. You should definitely go see them. They don’t force any procedures down your throat and give you honest answer and really care about your pet.

I have a large 4 month old German Shepherd puppy 55 pounds and growing. He has terrible separation anxiety yet the vet tech knows just how to handle Charlee and she is about the only person he will willing go with other than his trainer. The Casselberry Banfield center is well worth visiting for your pet care.
