Please think twice before coming here and signing up for any plans. We took our 10 week old puppy in with parvo symptoms, luckily he was tested negative, but they have zero safety precautions for possible parvo patients. No gloves or aprons or any kind of protective gear. The tech brought him to the back with the other dogs to do the test, I would be furious if I found out my puppy was surrounded with other parvo positive dogs. We already paid for the puppy plan they offer and we wish we did more research before hand. DO NOT bring your puppy here or get their puppy plan unless you want your fur baby next to a parvo positive dog! Managers could care less about our issue and passed us along to the next person

As a member of the industry you always hear poor things about Banfield… god should I have listened. I have a 10 week old puppy who was having profuse diarrhea. It’s pretty common knowledge to handle all unvaccinated, sick dogs with caution and use the appropriate PPE to avoid contamination. These girls came in, no gown, no gloves nothing to parvo test my puppy. When he screamed they man handled him and they made him go to the back for his exam, the dr couldn’t even bother to do an exam in front of us? My already sick puppy has to be exposed to whatever you have in the back? Meanwhile we pay almost $100 a month for their dumb plan that they won’t even let us off of even tho we only went there 3x. 3 days later he’s even sicker and we are throwing more and more money into fixing him because we absolutely adore him. I called the manager to discuss this.. she could not care less. Just passed me off to another number. I don’t know if all locations are like this but DEFINITELY avoid this one!!

Saw the reviews and came anyway. Super confused where all the negativity is coming from… My vet was not trying to upsell me, and made my super nervous big ole dog feel comfortable. They took me in before my scheduled meeting time, and had me out rather quick.
