If I could give 0 stars I really would. Don’t ever bring your pet here. My boyfriend and I took our dog here due to stomach problems and not eating. They never gave resolution to the issue. Just were money grabbers asking for us to add things but never coming up with an answer. Sending him home with no answers. Our dog would keep throwing up and they didn’t do anything but take more money from our pockets and NOT tell us that it seems like he has an obstruction and we should take him to the ER up until my boyfriend called due to them saying he threw up before he was picked up like it was NOTHING. They’re terrible.

I have never been to a vet where they take the dog to the back away from you to administer vaccines. Then the Dr comes in and says "your dog is doing well" thats it! It was our first visit with a new pet and all she said was that. She didn't check him in front of us. She didnt tell us what to expect with the vaccines. She didn't know answers to our questions. Its our first and last time at this location. I have to come back for a booster and I'm just gonna go somewhere else. It was the weirdest, unprofessional visit ever.

I absolutely love this Banfield pet hospital location. I have had all of my animals there at one time and one of my animals there twice this last time being a surgical procedure that she needed due to an injury to her ear. The staff at this location are amazing. They made themselves available to answer any and all concerns and questions that I had and also advised me correctly on getting the wellness care package with the dental plan. I will only bring my pets to this location for any further veterinarian care that they may need in the future

I’m at a complete loss. Dropped our dog off for vaccines today. Picked him up this evening. They dragged him out on a sheet and he collapsed in the store and one of the staff commented about his weight. We rushed him to the hospital his vitals were completely out of control and he passed shortly after. His tongue was blue when they dragged him out. I just don’t understand how they could give us our dog like that. Fetch animal hospital was in disbelief when we told them we just left banfield. I just don’t understand how this happened
