I have been bringing my. Malinois there for years for their 5 star care. I Also have a cat that was injured and they treated him and gave me Meds for a reasonable price.I am very pleased with the staff and care. God Bless all of you.

I'm not one to write reviews but after our experience and the treatment we received elsewhere I decided I needed to write a review.
I went to banfield pet hospital Dec 6th for a wellness visit & to update my dog honeys shots. They don't do wellness exams in front of you they take all dogs to the back. Prior to taking her to the back they tried to get me to signup for all kinds of programs that cost money I declined. It was clear what we were there for I didn't need any extras especially because the wellness visit is around 168 just to walk in the door plus whatever the shots cost. So prior to them bringing my girl to the back they ask do you have any concerns I said yes as my dog has two lumps on her. They took her back came back gave me my dog back and said I could cash out 0 information given on the spots so I asked about them and the lady I spoke with had no clue she said it's cosmetic and to put a cone on if it bugs her. Fast forward to December 30th my dogs lumps became a huge issue I Calle the vet as I was just there and they said well we need to schedule another wellness visit I said my dog needs this lump removed I was supposed to get info on it you gave me nothing so respectfully I'm not paying another wellness exam. I want to speak to someone else a doctor called me back end of day with 0 information given yet again and said she would check and get back with me it's now January and I just got a call yesterday 1/8 still with 0 information asking me if I wanted to book a surgery with them I said no I'll never take my dog back. Once this happened on Dec 30th I called every vet in town and paws @ vet in nfm answered they were amazing not only was the wellness fee $50 the vet sat with me and my dog and did the exam right there told me the cosmetic spot was actually cancer got us in gave us a excellent price and had the surgery scheduled and preformed all before banifeild could even call me back about a dog that had just seen. With that being said don't bring your dog here go to paws@ vet in nfm they truly care and pay attention to detail you are not a number in their office. They preformed a beautiful surgery and my dog will live many more happy days because of them. If you go to paws @ vet website I wrote a awesome review and posted photos below 1000/10 recommend them. Run from this place

I brought my cat for an appt this afternoon.
My cat pee/poop in her cat carrier on her way to Banfield. The medical staff didn't clean her and returned her dirty in her carrier....
How sad experience and poor customer service.
It reminded me of what some of us had experienced with our elderly population 😢

Love this Banfield! My dog has an ear infection and got good veterinary care here, but the prescribed medication has to be kept in the refrigerator. I won’t be home for a few hours, so Meghan at the front desk went out of her way to package the medication with an ice pack for me so that it’ll stay cold — Definitely above and beyond the call of service — especially on a busy Black Friday!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
