  Would give zero stars if I could! DO NOT take your pets here if you want them actually taken care of and examined. The only thing they care about is rushing you in and out so they can get to the next pet. They ignore any concerns you have. We dont even get to talk to the actual vet while at an appointment because they are "too busy" to talk to you. About 7 months ago we brought up a lump that had formed on our lab and they brushed us off and said just keep an eye on it and againrushed us out. We ended up having to have her put down last week because she had multiple tumors. Now our other dog has a lump and again we were brushed off and rushed out. They cant even handle trimming our dogs nails. Please do yourself a favor and go to any other vet.

  I have always had such a great experience at Banfield! Consistently had exceptional customer service, and the care the team provides is wonderful! I can easily say that I have not had any negative experiences. I will continue to bring my pets there! We have gone in for a routine visits, sick visits, a spay, and a neuter. Every visit has been just as good as the last. I’m very happy with Banfield!

  They couldn't give me any straight answers. They talked in circles believing they were sounding smarter by doing so and still not answering questions. They didnt do what they said they were going to do when I brought my animal in the second day for treatment and testing. She was there from 8:30am for hydration and testing until 6pm when they closed to only have been given hydration at 5pm to finally get some proper testing. I wouldn't bring any of my pets there for anything other than routine checkups. We put her down the next day after already spending $700 for Banfield to not do what they said they were going to do and to not have any answers. After the $700 was spent they said to go to the emergency vet to have her looked at. What a joke.

  Made an appointment for my dog who needed an antibiotic. There was a time available for 11:00. Shortly after scheduling I received a phone call stating the appointment time would not work because "it's too close to the vets lunch time" and they could not see me at this time. Another appointment time was not offered and when I tried to explain the situation I was told it was "an inconvenience". The level of complete unprofessionalism was disheartening.
