What’s the point of advertising you’re open 24hrs if you can’t see any more patients after 12am? Then the staff was very rude over the phone. I get being tired after dealing with pets all day but have some sympathy. That’s the job you signed up for. If you don’t like it, do something else. But don’t take it on someone who’s under stress seeking help for his pet. Also, referring someone to another hospital when the procedure needs to be done in less than 2 hours…. Not smart.

Gratitude that this place is here and the most affordable emergency animal hospital I have ever seen. As someone who once worked at and animal hospital I am impressed with the cleanliness and compassion. They are transparent with pricing. 10/10 recommend if you have an urgent pet health concern.

If you can avoid this place, please do at all costs. They do not care abut your pet, or you. All they care about is money, money, money. We called another vet but they said they didn’t have a doctor in at the time so they referred us to this place. It was roughly 11:30-midnight. So, we call them immediately and tell them everything going on with our pup. We were in panic mode. The lady on the phone said “can I put you on hold” we were on hold for 15 minutes. At midnight!!! After hold we asked if they were busy and they said “yes, very.” We finally show up to the ER and there was 2 cars. Which happened to be the cars of people that worked there. These people finally came out and asked us to fill out paper work. Before asking what’s wrong with our pup they asked how we will be paying. Lol. Joke of a place. We’ll pay you, don’t worry. But take care of my dog first. The doctor honestly looked and sounded like she was stoned. Everyone in there acted like they were baking cookies and eating pot brownies if I’m being honest. AVOID THIS PLACE. Do not go here. Save your pet and go elsewhere. Please.

Dealing with a horrible situation with my dog, and they WILL NOT help because I don't have the money now. It's an emergency situation that normally does not happen when you are prepared! This place would rather not do anything than help and get paid later !!Glad to see your love for money has grown more than your love of animals !!!

Let me start by saying that this was an amazing experience. Our 7 month old kitty Peeta got a large fishing hook stuck in his paw. We tried to get it out on our own but it just was not happening. We found the Animal ER was open after hours, my husband called ahead to make them aware of the situation and we took him. When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice and polite young woman at the receptionist desk. She took us to an exam room and informed us that there was a critical patient and it may be a small wait. We completely understood, she gave us the paperwork to fill out and said they would be with us shortly. We did not wait long until a Very nice, polite and personable tech named Lisa came in with a smile. Peeta was extremely scared and she was so sweet and gentle with him. She spoke to him as if he was a real person. It made the entire situation a lot easier and calmed my nerves. When she was done, she said it would be a few more minutes before the doctor would be in due to the other case. We waited maybe 20 minutes then Lisa knocked and popped her head in to say it would be a few more minutes. When Dr. Mullins came in he was so nice, had a smile and spoke to us with our feelings in mind. He explained the different things that could be done to extract the fishing hook and as he did this he continued to pet Peeta and calm him. He said that Lisa would be back with an estimate. Lisa returned maybe 10 minutes later with an estimate and I will admit, at first it took my breath away because I was not anticipating a lot of money. When we realized we wouldnt be able to afford the first estimate I was about in tears. Lisa asked us to give her a minute to check with the doctor and see what they could do. About 5 minutes later Lisa returned and I was able to take a deep breath, which in turn let the stress induced tears flow, because they were able to work with us and reduce it as much as they could to help us out. Lisa took Peeta to the back and gave our paperwork with an itemized list of what was being done, to the receptionist so we could pay while they removed the fish hook. Before they started Dr. Mullins came out and reassured us that everything would be fine and it calmed me down even more. When they were done they brought Peeta out to us and Lisa gave us the after care instructions and our prescription for his antibiotics. She said if there were any problems to please call and come back in. The compassionate empathetic way that they spoke with us and spoke to Peeta was no more than Amazing. They turned a very stressful and emotional situation into something that would not send me to the nut house. We are So Very Thankful to the wonderful, knowledgeable, compassionate, personable polite staff. I HIGHLY recommend the Animal ER for anyone who has an emergency with their animals. Thank You All again.. so very very much.
