    I'm not sure who else experience an awful service at petco grooming in Brooksville. This isn't my first time going but its my last. I rescheduled two months ago with Lydia because she did amazing with my dog. But for some odd reason they put my dog with Vinny today. Which I get mistakes or if she was sick or whatever but let a girl know beforehand so it's not a surprise. However it took Vinny an hour to "groom" and "bathe" her. Which i thought was fast but I thought nothing of it at the moment. I arrived and I told them I was picking up Zoee and they looked so confused and shocked that I was picking up a dog they had no clue they had.... Vinny included. He's like "I don't know who Zoee is". After about a minute of them looking at me, another technician came out and they were like, "do you know who Zoee is?" Thankfully she knew who my dog was and went and got her for me. Vinny and the other lady there proceeded to do nothing while the lady who knew my dog got her. Then I had to pay before even seeing Zoee (which i understand i could run away and not pay) but let me see my dog and make sure shes good. I paid for the basic grooming package for long hair dogs.... no problem. The problem was when I finally had the chance to see her. Vinny had her at this point. She was still wet. She wasnt her happy self. Her fur wasnt even. She was botched. Then when I was grabbing Zoee from him he scared her by grabbing the leash fast and she jumped which then he kneed her. I was so furious I couldn't even say anything. Further investigation when I got her home. She was limping and bleeding! Vinny must've clipped her nails to short or something, I can't even touch her paw without her flinching away. Worst experience ever. Will not be coming back. Wasted money. Edited: I forgot to mention she wasn't even brushed. Her fur is falling out. I just feel bad for Zoee who had to experience that.
