  Made a appointment for my dog Mal Shi first hair cut and they really did not cut his hair only pulled out the hair from ears and bathed him. When he was there for his first hair cut what they said the reason for not cutting his hair because he moves. So there not experienced with new dogs and charged $67 dollars when nothing was done be aware of this place they will charge you full price when the bath he had he still had a smell on him. Find another place to take your dog for bathing or cutting. Not a way to do business I’m never coming back to Petco there are many places around here check before you go through what I went through best of luck

  What a joke place to set up an appointment to get my little dog groomed called twice finally called again the the lady said I'll call you back must be too busy to make an appointment going elsewhere

  Only one star because Ia m forced to. Sat in front of the fish tanks had 3 associates walk by not acknowledge me while attempting to buy over 100$ in fish. After 30 minutes stood in the line with 1 employee at register and because she had to do a price check had to hold the line again. 45 minutes and not a shred of help.pitiful at 6:30pm

  I used to be a regular at this Petco. I always liked their fish selection, and it was convenient to call ahead and have items waiting for me. For a long time, it was an easy place to shop. But I had an encounter that completely changed my view of the store. I asked an employee who was stocking shelves about a small bird cage (just something simple to transport a few finches). Instead of helping, he questioned what I planned to do with it and made a point of telling me it wasn’t suitable as a permanent home. I understood that, but the conversation took a strange turn. He insisted he didn’t feel comfortable selling it to me without knowing my “purpose,” which felt unnecessary and intrusive. It escalated to the point where he asked me to leave the store. The whole thing felt like a Twilight Zone moment, and after that experience, I stopped going. It’s disappointing, because I genuinely liked shopping there before this happened.
