  For starters they are way too proud of their prices for their services. They wanted over $500 for blood work that didn't even pertain to what I took my cat in for. No payment plans. And the vet had a deer in the headlight look the whole visit. The person that checked me out was not friendly and very dry. I couldn't wait to get out of there. And I still have a sick cat because it's all about $$ with them. And to think I'm a Veteran.

  I recently ran out of a prescription food and went to Petco as I needed to pick up a few other items. DeAnn saw the bag in my hand and helped me get the food. Thank you soooooooo very much for all your help

  I went in to get poop bags for my dog. On the way in, an employee was outside smoking and complaining to another employee about work and customers. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted. I didn’t get a toy for my dog, (he was with me). In the meantime, employees were yelling across the store at each other! It was loud. I walked around looking for the poop bags- I did not see any employees, and none came to assist me. I found what I was looking for and went to checkout. The cashier was yelling back and forth with an employee, having a conversation while she was checking out people. Both looked unkempt. I finally checked out and left. In the maybe five to ten minutes I was in the store, that same employee was still smoking outside, with the same employee, still complaining! A smoke break should probably be taken out back or on the side of the building. Especially if you are going to complain about work!! And clientele!!! I was never greeted or never saw an employee walking around in the store. This is contrary to what happens to me in other pet stores like Pet Smart, where I am always greeted, and always see an employee at least once, while I walk around. They don’t look like they just threw on their work clothes, and aren’t yelling a conversation, ignoring the customer. I will be returning to PetSmart and NOT shopping at Petco again.

  Great store. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Alex who is a associate went above and beyond to help get the right things I needed for my kitty cat. Thank you Alex and Petco!!

  Exceptional Bath Service! I recently took my dog, Murphy to the Petco grooming salon for a full bath service, and the experience was truly wonderful! From the moment we checked in, the entire grooming team was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to my dog's needs. I could tell they handled Murphy with genuine care and patience. When I picked him up not only sparkling clean and fresh-smelling, but their coat was incredibly soft and fluffy—the best it has ever felt! The nail trim and ear cleaning included in the service were also done perfectly. What really impressed me was how happy and relaxed my dog was after the experience. It's clear that the staff prioritizes a positive and stress-free environment. Thank you so much to the Petco grooming team for giving Murphy such a fantastic, wonderful bath! I am a regular customer for all Murphys bathing needs.
