  Roger and his staff are exceptional! They really care about their clients and dogs. Roger has reached out to my brother and I to inform us that the food supply for my mom's dog was running low and offered to purchase dog food for her since we live 4 hours away. My mom has been in the hospital/rehab for a month and her dog Kelly is being cared for at Panacea Pet Resort. We are so grateful for his compassion towards our family. He has made Kelly's stay pleasurable which in turn has brought about some positive attributes in her personality making her a more trustworthy dog and not as skiddish. To close I would like to thank Roger for taking my mom's dog to another pet boarding facility while Panacea staff are taking time to vacation for a short period of time. He truly went out of his way to help us, so we didn't have to drive 4 hours across the state. We can not thank them enough!!!

  We were very pleased with the boarding at Panacea. All of the staff were very friendly with both us and our dog Ranger. I was a bit anxious as. it was the first time we had him boarded, but all was well. I especially appreciated receiving photos of him during his stay. We look forward to using Panacea's services again soon!

  Everything seemed fine until we picked up our dog and he didn't have his collar. They had said they bathed him so I assumed they took off the collar then. Our dog always has his collar on, it was a back the blue collar too. Now Im wondering if that's why it disappeared. When we asked again, they said we must have dropped him off with no collar again. The owner said he'd pay for it but got very angry. So dont fall for them calling you" Love..".pet name i guess that they call their customers ...I would not use again. In response to the Owner....speaking to your clientele wirh F bombs isn't very respectful or professional. Getting angry because our dog was playing in the front yard shows you dont care about the dogs you serve.

  What a relief to find a place last minute, who takes care of your pets while away with the utmost care. Family owned and operated was my first reason to call. My second reason to call will be for my next vacation. I highly recommend this Pet Boarding establishment for your pets. I had not one worry in the world. Thank you so much Panacea Pet Resort. We had a great time because of you!!
