- DLDj LorenceApr 27, 20265.0Everyone at the Petco grooming in Brandon are always so helpful! We usually just do nail trim and teeth brushing since he is short hair. Our dog always does very well with the groomers here since they are always so kind and caring! He even got a bandana one time!

I called for help, and before I could even finish my sentence, I was cut off and told there's nothing they can do, then when I asked for a moment to finish my sentence, I was put on hold without being informed that I was going to be put on hold. The customer disservice rep just left me on hold until I eventually hung up. All because they didn't want to honor a sale or refund my money.
