Mya was Soooo Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind, Caring,and Extremely Patient dealing with me my wife and my 6 year old grandson. We walked in wanting to buy some fish for Declan’s tank and walked out with not only the fish but a gecko and complete terrarium as well. There was No Pressure at any time. Just complete kindness and care. While checking out we also had the pleasure of meeting Emmett who was just as nice and caring as Mya. What a Great Job mgmt. is doing at this store. Melissa did an amazing job on my sweet boy, he was not stressed at all when i picked him up and he smells and looks so wonderful. Will happily be bringing him here from now on. The cashier that rang us up was so awesome as well! highly recommend this location.

With chain stores, I try to review more on the customer service rather than products, particularly since the products tend to be the same. The customer service here was excellent 👌
- EAElena AndradeDec 11, 20251.0Very disappointed with Brandon Petco as my family was informed (after years of service) of the way they have been describing our dog. We have always been told that he was a good dog and did well with EVERY appointment, but we move here to New York and set up with a new Petco to find out the upsetting notes they’ve been writing about our dog, one being “Devil!” I find this highly unprofessional. If there was an issue it should’ve been discussed and our dog would’ve been taken to a private groomer if it was needed. We never had issues with him going to Petco and he has always been so kind… we’re confused as to why his notes are so cruel and why they couldn’t be upfront in Brandon. His services are now suspended here in New York. Which is okay & I can understand, but again why weren’t YOU guys upfront about what may have been going on during his visits… mind you the last time we went to Petco in Brandon we had to take him to the vet directly after because they hurt him and I’m starting to suspect it wasn’t an accident. Overall, you just took money for the sake of taking it without concern of our dog or employees (since clearly there’s an issue by using “devil”as a description). Very happy to not be using Petco in Brandon or anywhere else anymore.
