I could hear the techs talking and laughing at me from the other room because of a billing issue. Honestly still pretty shocked.

The staff and doctors here are just incredibly kind, understanding, helpful, professional, and passionate. I haven't met a single staff member who wasn't super kind to my girls and me. When I'm panicking, they're always so empathetic and calming. If you love your fur babies, this is definitely the place to take them.
Thank you,

I cannot say enough about the compassion, professionalism, and humanity shown to us by Dr. Laggada and Vet Tech Jessica during one of the hardest moments of our lives.
We brought our beautiful baby Lexi, in for end-of-life care, and from the moment we entered the room, we felt genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Jessica was incredibly kind, gentle, and present. She took the time to listen, explain the process clearly, and allowed us all the space and time we needed. Her empathy and softness made an unbearable situation feel safe and respected.
Dr. Laggada was equally remarkable. He thoroughly reviewed Lexi’s medical history, acknowledged all the extensive care she had already received (including at UF ER), and reassured us that we were making the right decision for her quality of life. His words were compassionate, honest, and deeply comforting. At no point did we feel rushed, dismissed, or treated like “just another appointment.”
They both shared in our grief, treated Lexi with dignity, and allowed her to pass peacefully while being held and loved. That level of care will stay with us forever.
If you are facing a difficult decision with a beloved pet, know that Lexi was treated with extraordinary kindness, respect, and love by these two incredible humans. We are profoundly grateful.
