We had to put down my sweet dog and Dr. Irizarry and all the techs made it as smooth and as comfortable as possible. They even stayed late to help us since no one else was available except the local emergency vet. Very reasonable price for the euthanasia and private cremation. Thank you to the team for making the worst day ever a little less bad, I will be forever grateful for how tender they were with my dog and my family.

This location is very poorly managed. They don't honor online appointments and always reschedule everything. An appointment here means nothing.

I would not bring an animal dead from the side of the road here. My dog was brought here for a SICK visit and was informed the dog must get a rabies vaccine. Staff was informed my dog has had a previous rabies vaccine and the date it was received but was a few months overdue. Staff informed the vet would call me prior to giving the rabies vaccine because the pet was coming in for a sick visit. In the 4 unfortunate hours my pet was there, not one time was I called but I called myself 4 times. Spoke with four different staff members at this time and given different answers/results/prices each time. My dog was given the rabies vaccine WITHOUT my consent. After being told by a vet tech that I would be contacted by the doctor before any vaccines were given. After requesting to speak with the office manager, I then received the "head vet" who is above the office manager (so he claimed) and told my dog bit a vet tech and she had to have the rabies vaccine because of that. Funny because if an animal bites a human being, they are to be quarantined for 10 days and if unable to be quarantined, need to be euthanized for rabies testing. Ironically, that was a lie, and my dog did not bite a staff member. THIS PLACE IS HORRIFIC. DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR PET THERE.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
