    I’m beyond frustrated with this location! I brought one of my dogs in for a potential UTI and was immediately given an upsell to X-rays, rushed blood/urine work, and other unnecessary medications/procedures. Despite having a wellness plan, I was told all of this would be out of pocket. When I asked why I even had the wellness plan, they changed the total. Despite taking my dogs to banfield locations for the past 5 years, it seems like they didn’t care to even check to see if we had a plan or not. Dropped her off at 8:30 and didn’t hear any updates until AFTER i had called asking for more information at around 3 in the afternoon. Was originally told there were no updates and the doctor hadn’t seen her yet, 30 minutes later I got a call saying she was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was notified that they wanted to schedule a short check up in about two weeks, scheduled the appointment for 9:00 am no big deal. Fast forward two weeks, I drop my dog off again and clearly notified them I was ready to pick her up as soon as she was done. Again no updates all day. Called at 3 asking what was going on to be told that the doctor hadn’t even seen my dog yet because they were busy with other appointments. Called again at 4:30 and was told the could not get her to pee (7 hours after I had dropped her off), which is completely unbelievable considering that not only has she always gone pee whenever she’s let outside, but also that we brought her in for not being able to hold her pee. I was told it would be another hour and finally picked her up at 5:40, when I did pick her up she immediately peed twice right in front of the building. We will NEVER be going back to this location again. They lied to me about my dog, they held her all day long with no updates on two separate occasions, and will tried to upsell me on unnecessary extras before even seeing her, then attempted to charge me full price ignoring my wellness plan.

    Giving 2 stars simply for the 2 individuals that helped us, Xavier and Kayla, who were both apologetic and accommodating. However, our first experience with this clinic and it started by having our online appt rescheduled because 5:30pm appointments weren’t accurate, as the doctor leaves at 5pm. We rescheduled for today at 1:15pm. My husband took an extended lunch from work to take our pup in, just to find out that Dr. Goranova had decided to leave for lunch, completely disregarding our time. My husband chose to do a drop off appt instead and come back later. At pick up, we found out that they never ended up doing the nail service we requested in the entire 4 hours of him being there. We’ve had great experiences at Banfields but we will not be back to this location.

    My Smokey always has a pleasant experience. The doctors and the assistants do a wonderful job of caring for his medical conditions.

    My experience here for the first time was fine I prefer to be with my fur baby when he us getting examined but they took him and kept him and then brought him back so experiencing the whole procedure was off to me I prefer to be there with my baby boy....
