  I am very disappointed with the customer service at the Banfield Pet Hospital on Congress. Unlike other Banfield locations, this branch is unwilling to assist with scheduling appointments at different offices, which creates unnecessary inconvenience for clients. I was even told to simply visit the branch across the street rather than being helped here. Additionally, I was assured that I would receive a call back, but that follow-up never came. This lack of communication and accountability reflects poorly on the level of care and professionalism expected from a veterinary provider. It is unfortunate, but I can now understand why others have begun leaving negative reviews regarding their customer service. I strongly recommend visiting another Banfield location where your time and your pet’s needs will be taken more seriously.

  This hospital is unbelievable and their staff is amazing. I see some people have complained about their services but if you are looking for affordable preventive care for your dog this is the place to go. They are a very busy hospital but that is because their doctors and staff are very pleasant and knowledgable, especially if you are a pleasant customer like any place you may go. Their wellness plans provide all the preventive care (i.e. vaccines, bloodwork, fecal exams, deworming etc.) both my dogs need each year. I love my little guys and I feel it's extremely important to bring them every 6 months in order to PREVENT issues from arising and only using a Vet when I am in desperate need. Their Optimum wellness plans provide you a huge savings on services that would normally cost upwards of $300 for a visit. Their plans split up payments over a year and the cost of paying for all the services they offer out of pocket would be around $1000. The plans range from $330 to $450 a year. Some provide dental cleanings and x-rays that alone cost $500 each out of pocket at other veterinarian offices. I'm the type of person who looks into these things before deciding where I should go no matter what it is. I could go on and on about the caring staff and unbelievable service provided here. I highly recommend them to anyone I know needing a veterinarian.
