Dr. Trohadio Munoz did not introduce himself when he walked into the room, showed zero warmth or professionalism, and was extremely rough with my dog. It was uncomfortable to watch and immediately made me uneasy. What made it even worse was what happened to my brother’s dog. During a nail trim, the vet cut three nails too short, causing them to bleed. There was no care, reassurance, or accountability shown afterward. It felt rushed, careless, and completely lacking compassion for the animals in his care. A vet should be calm, gentle, and respectful — especially when working with animals who are already nervous. This experience was the exact opposite. I would never return here and would strongly caution other pet owners to think twice before trusting this location with their pets.
