Had our first visit yesterday for our newest fur baby and Dr. Jasmine Padilla was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions, she was very kind & compassionate. The young lady at the front desk was also very sweet. I am very happy I can bring my babies and feel comfortable with the treatment they receive.

Beware of Jasmine Padilla “DMV MPH”. Worst veterinary doctor I’ve encountered. Came into the room 45 min late, did not know how to define my dogs condition, did not know what to do, did not know how to proceed. Came into the room and did not disinfect nor washed her hands and proceeded to pinch my dogs wound with extremely long nails. Did not correct nor apologize for her malpractice, stated there was nothing she could do and we had to leave. Absolutely worst service ever by this doctor and this company. Do not recommend.

Me and Wick had a couple great experience here at Banfield. I believe we have seen 3 different Vets here and all were very nice, didnt feel rushed, all showed concern for my cat as if it were theirs. front desk ladies were also very friendly. will definitely return in the future if Wick needs some more vet attention.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
