    Me and Wick had a couple great experience here at Banfield. I believe we have seen 3 different Vets here and all were very nice, didnt feel rushed, all showed concern for my cat as if it were theirs. front desk ladies were also very friendly. will definitely return in the future if Wick needs some more vet attention.

    My last visit was not as good as the last one. The doctor never called me or talk to me to let me know about Ella having low white blood cells. No one told me what to do to remedy the problem I had to Google it. Really...

    Cambian tanto de personal que es muy dificil recibir buena atención como hace 10 an̈os atras. Recibi una violation notice por un tema de la chapita de mi perra. Voy cada 6 meses y NINGUNA persona de ahi se dio cuenta . Antes me llamaban constantemente recordando cada detalle necesario. Pago el plan por mi perrita....pero nunca sali muy contenta por la atención del personal. Llame a la recepcion y no me ayudaron en nada. Lo peor que en la cita les pregunte y me dijeron que estaba todo al dia .

    I've had several dogs throughout my life, but this is my first experience with Banfield Pet Hospital. Started taking my 5 yr old, male Pitbull mix a little over a month ago. My fur baby suffers from allergies, so we have seen several vets over the past 4 years. I didn't have pet insurance so I joined the Banfield group with a monthly care plan. I do think it was a good idea. I believe that I'd probably be paying more elsewhere for the same or similar services. The staff at Banfield Aventura, FL are very compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, wonderful people. I've recently had the opportunity to meet and work with 2 veterinarians there on the care of my precious dog. I have no complaints so far. Today, Dr. Perez performed the surgery on my fur baby. I was a nervous wreck worrying about my baby and all his recent ailments. Dr. Perez put my mind at ease and took great care of my sweet fur baby. The vet techs and the receptionist always greet us with a smile and kind words. All of the staff are excellent with people and pets! I appreciate the care and support. They are always great at responding to my concerns and answering my questions. Thank you Banfield Aventura! I recommend them to anyone with pets.

    I went there and told them my cat was sick, he wasn’t eating and he was breathing fast and he’s usually playful and eat a lot. They told me they will do bloodwork took him to the back 5minutes they came back and said he was ok. They claimed he probably needed a girl company. They didn’t do nothing else but give me a high quote for the blood work almost 300 for 5minutes to tell me he’s fine when I knew my cat. He was supposed to get vaccine they went back with him for less than a minute and told me it was done. I don’t believe they did anything for him. He continued to not eat or drink anything at all and he died Tuesday night. They didn’t help him or care the poor pet was sick. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
