I was early on picking up my order by 10 minutes and she chewed me out telling me that I am not allowed to come early. She cancelled my order despite having 2 bags of litter on the shelf 30min prior to my pickup time 😶 Stop telling customers what to do and not do.... I REALLY HOPE she treats the dogs better than people. Rude people suck!

My Lab Foxy has been going there since I got her as a puppy almost 2 years ago. Everyone loves her and she loves them too. And she loves the free cookies. 🤣

She up charge me $25 without my permission. Then explain to me that it was better for my dog for whatever reason she decided. I told her I didn’t authorize that nor was it discussed with me. She then told me she would make a note in my account that I wouldn’t want that service again. Which wasn’t my point at all. I make decisions on what I want done for my dog. If something cost extra that needs to be discussed with me up front. I don’t appreciate the misleading, the extra charge, the lack of understanding, or the lack of desire to resolve the actual issue. I love my dog, but I don’t need to spend $100 to get her bathed and cut. She doesn’t need special accommodations. I left there uneased about the entire situation as she sat down and chit chatted with her coworker like nothing happened. I don’t even spend $100 on my own haircut or wash.
