  I’ve been taking my cats here for care for years and can only say that they are the best on all counts! Professional, thorough, compassionate and always reasonable costs. They fit my cat Bella in with an emergency issue last week and I will be forever thankful!

  My very first experience taking my dog, Maui, to this clinic was a 5-star experience both for me and Maui! The vet tech and doctor were both very good with Maui, and they explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood and didn't leave with any unanswered questions. They promised the doctor would call the next day with results from his blood test and Dr. Stone did call well before noon. I am so happy to have found this new vet for my dog! And a bonus is that it's easy to get to and only 5 minutes from my house! Win-win!

  This is my 2nd visit to Alachua Animal Hospital and just like the first time, they were amazing! I was initially referred to the vet office because my vet did not do doggie dentals. My very anxious little dog was well taken care of and had a sparkling new smile after his dental. They were friendly, explained everything in detail and made sure my pet got the best care. This appointment was for a kitten with unknown history, to get a checkup and vaccines. Unfortunately, this particular morning, I somehow forgot about my child’s combo dental/orthodontic appointment which was booked too close to the vet appointment. Graciously the vet office allowed me to drop kitty off so we didn’t need to reschedule. Crisis averted. I’m very thankful and love the care provided by this office. Cost of care is very reasonable as well which for me, having a farm full of animals, makes a big difference. Highly recommend!

  This was my first visit with Alachua Animal Hospital. I brought in a feral cat that I suspected was pregnant. I was fearful because I was the only one that the cat let touch but both the doctor’s assistant and Doctor handled her with such warmth and love that I don’t think that the cat will be afraid to come in again. Turns out my young girl is very pregnant and I was informed how to treat her before, during and after her delivery. I was out the door 18 minutes after my scheduled appointment because they took me in early. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful even after I left the care center. In other words, I was impressed from moment one and the next day received text messaging asking if I had any questions or concerns and asked how my “new” cat was doing. I am a believer!
