  I was searching for a new vet for my large dog who is reactive to other pets since his sibling passed away. When I read about PetVet365 on Concord Pike and Silverside Rd by ChuckECheese having a no-contact policy with other pets, I was thrilled. They lived up to my expectations. I texted upon arrival and they texted back to come in. There is no waiting room, and we were greeted immediately by the vet assistant and taken to a large room, almost like a living room with its furniture. My dog completely relaxed. We did the info back and forth with treats, and Dr. Rosetti came in for the exam. Cheese came out and my dog happily obliged during his exam. Staff was wonderful and they took their time. When it came time for vaccines, he went voluntarily to the treatment room, actually prancing which amazed me because he never leaves me alone. I was relieved at the affordable price for the visit, exam and vaccines. Bonus...they have hours on Saturday and Sunday. The entire visit was a pleasure. We found our new Happy Place.

  This has been the best veterinary experience. They are the most friendly and inviting vet office! Personalized care for my nervous chihuahua. The staff and vets are very down to earth and care about the pets being as comfortable as possible. Everything is a fear free experience. They explain everything clearly and even called me to check on my dog. Invited me to stop in anytime for her to have treats (which we do!) They truly care about people and their pets.

  Had a great experience here with our cat. Rooms are decorated with pet comfort in mind, and we were roomed right away. The doc and tech were both so nice and knowledgeable. They do shots and minor treatments right there in the room with you. Glad to have this new practice in the neighborhood!

  Let me preface this review with saying that I have two dogs- completely on different ends of the spectrum one is so high energy he can be a lot sometimes, and the other one is so timid he shakes when strangers come near. I just finished my first visit at PetVet365 & while sitting in there waiting for the vet to come & give my boys their shots, I was actually in awe at how amazing this place was! Not only were they so accommodating and it really felt like home away from home, they did the most in detail exam my boys have ever had & they’re almost 3 and 4 now. To anyone reading this wondering if they should try it: do it! My big baby is terrified of men and somehow these two amazing gentlemen made my boy feel comfortable in a new place, and with new people. I look forward to coming back! I even included their treat menu which I thought was the cutest.

  Genuinely the nicest people. The prices were extremely reasonable, and there was zero pressure for any additional services. They were really good with my skittish cat. They have a separate cat room so my cat wasn’t scared of the dogs or other pets. I’m really glad I found them. Highly recommend.
