  Let me preface this review with saying that I have two dogs- completely on different ends of the spectrum one is so high energy he can be a lot sometimes, and the other one is so timid he shakes when strangers come near. I just finished my first visit at PetVet365 & while sitting in there waiting for the vet to come & give my boys their shots, I was actually in awe at how amazing this place was! Not only were they so accommodating and it really felt like home away from home, they did the most in detail exam my boys have ever had & they’re almost 3 and 4 now. To anyone reading this wondering if they should try it: do it! My big baby is terrified of men and somehow these two amazing gentlemen made my boy feel comfortable in a new place, and with new people. I look forward to coming back! I even included their treat menu which I thought was the cutest.

  Genuinely the nicest people. The prices were extremely reasonable, and there was zero pressure for any additional services. They were really good with my skittish cat. They have a separate cat room so my cat wasn’t scared of the dogs or other pets. I’m really glad I found them. Highly recommend.

  Best experience ive ever had with a vet!! My dog Jax is a Rottweiler/shepherd mix, he just turned 6 years old very big boy. Weighs 158lbs so it's very hard to get a vet to be comfortable with him. His vet he was going to made us sedate him and wouldn't see him without a muzzle. Petvet360 in north wilmington seen him with no problem. No sedatives , no muzzle.. came in sat down and let the dog come to them. He was really anxious but what dog is not going somewhere there not sure of. Before we knew it jax was going to them and letting them pet him. They had treats in the room and toys for your pets. They explained everything going in and even suggested other alternatives to fit your budget. The staff are very friendly and very attentive to your pet and there needs. They listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have. Will definitely be going there from now on.. thankyou so much petvet365

  We were extremely disappointed with our experience here. The pricing is excessive, and there’s little effort to explain or justify the costs. What should have been routine care turned into an expensive ordeal, with strong pressure to approve add-ons that didn’t feel clearly necessary. It came across as profit-driven rather than patient-focused. We won’t be returning.

  Kind and friendly staff. Loved the room as well, my cat felt right at home.
