The medical area was cordoned off properly. The team was professional and helpful. And provided distraction of treats for the pets to be inoculated . Well done. Wait time in appointments needs work. - LRLisa RufftAug 19, 20255.0The vet and techs set up in a timely manner. the receptionist got the line in order and gathered everyone's info as efficiently as possible when herding cats. our records were well kept. the vet examined my pup quickly but professionally. we got our shot, our records were emailed, all good. only improvement would be that appointment times were real, not a suggestion. it was very much first come, first served.
