- OBOwen BrockDec 12, 20251.0The vet techs are the worst to ever work with with giving info about your dog. They closed earlier than they say when you need to call them. Vet techs can’t even get a blood sample from the dog unless the vet (DOCTOR)actually do it themselves. Two vet techs can’t even calm down a German shepherd part lab. When the dog is completely train and was the runt of the litter which makes them smaller if the vet tech couldn’t understand that. Never got a confirm answer on what or could be what’s wrong with my dog even after bringing a urine sample. I wish this vet shows some responsibility in the future for the vet techs because they are useless when it comes with helping with anything. I have bad experience with every vet tech in this company. The dog veterinary doctor is the only reason I have stayed with you guys this far. The vet techs are the reason I have a problem this company and need to be address .

He is on top of their care, even calling us while we were out of town with our pet to check in on progress/symptoms. He calls over the weekend to be sure to check up on our dog, and always does the work to be sure she is getting the best and most current info and care.
