- TGtroi garrettAug 20, 20251.0I would rather not leave any stars. I’ve been taking my dog here since 2013. Years down the line my dog needed a grooming and they took her no problem back in Feb 2025. In May I take her again as she has allergies which I make everyone aware of and she will lick her skin which results in her needed the additional skin soothing treatment. In May I dropped my dog off about 5 hours prior to them calling me for pick up. Just to hear that the Groomer Aj and her manager believe my dog has a yeast infection on her back paws so they were not able to groom in that back area or cut her toenails on any of her paws and that my Vet has to do it. I take my dog to the Vet where they advise she does not have a yeast infection and grooming could have been done properly. Now in August she’s back for a grooming I drop her off at 10:30Am to not be called to pick her up until 3:00pm. I advised them the Vet said she is fine to be groomed/ toenail cutting with PETCO. At time of pick up Groomer Aj again advises my dogs back legs were uncomfortable for grooming and did not bathe her back leg, tail, or cut her toenails and my dog should come back when she is fully recovered. Which again she has allergies where she will lick even sometimes with her schedule Vet shots for allergies. Again no manager onsite to advise of this information just the Groomer AJ. Is this not the place for my dog to get proper groomer for any of her ailments? Such an an oatmeal mask bath, toenail trimming? Also her haircut is super uneven some spots are longer/ shorter than other in various spots. This is absolutely ridiculous service, it took about 5 hours when I was advised she was the only dog at that time in service. And then to be charged both time the full amount for a full service when only half a service was done both times is ridiculous. I used to be so happy bringing my dog here and loved the old staff. This new staff is half ass and take all the time in the world to complete a service that isn’t even complete or up to par. I will NEVER take my dog here again!
