- EDErin DalyNov 8, 20251.0I bought an African dwarf frog today and it was with other fish and said it was community . So did the other fish in the other tanks that were the ones I hade at home. With in hours of having it in my tank my other fish ate it. The guy that gave me the fish didn’t tell me it would be eaten by other fish so I did not expect this. I am very disappointed.

She told me where I needed to go in the back for Vetco.. after I was done I had some questions about dog food which I believe her name was Jillian.. answered all of my questions and even taught me about the different ingredients in dog food which I didn’t know.. and then the dog trainer when I was walking out today.. the way he greeted my baby and she just fell in love him (she doesn’t just go to everybody) I highly recommend this store. The love they show for animals is amazing. Thank you guys!!

Groomer, cashier, dog trainer and not one person to help customers on the floor. Myself and other customers, left carts without checking out. Order on Amazon.
- JBJarvis BanksOct 30, 20251.0I had your store manager custom order a lionfish. It was never in the store tank. Brought it home and put in my quarantine tank and found dead the following day. Also ordered a snowflake eel and valentini puffer which came in the following day. The puffer looked so bad, I wouldn’t pay for it. Store wouldn’t honor the price listed on the website. The cashier actually said “I don’t know why that’s on the site because you can’t order!” Definitely my last fish purchase!!!
