Have never had a problem with them , until 1 time , I left a paper with them to be filled out for my dog, When it was time for me to get it , The girl who took it SEEMED to not remember me giving it her, And it could not be found, When pressed about it they said I made young girl cry, When all I wanted them to do was take accountability for loosing it , Which they would not admit, , It's like place keep saying it's not lost it's misplaced, , It's there way of not not saying they lost it, Taking accountability, , Other than that 1 time I have not had a problem , I will just never leave another paper lol

I've never had a dog before and just knowing that the Banfield PET Hospital and staff are there makes my stress a little bit lighter. I'm learning how to be a good doggy mommy for sweet Zoey.

Would not take a pet rat here. Gave my dog a clean bill of health and when I picked him up there was a huge tumor on his leg that they missed. Left here..will never come back. Mats corporation is trying to take over to many vets in Delaware so they corner the market.

I have the Banfield Pet Plan and pay approximately $65/month. I purchased the plan immediately after I adopted my dog since it seemed like a great plan and all office visits are free. I live in lower Delaware and the closest Banfield is an hour away. Recently I called to schedule a sick visit for my dog for an ear infection. I was told I would have to drop my pet off at a certain time and return to pick him up later. I opted to take my pet to the nearest vet for treatment . I'm questioning whether I should continue with the plan!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an outstanding experience at Banfield Hospital at Christiana on Churchmans Road with my 2-month-old Biewer Yorkie, Zengi. From the moment we arrived, Heather Sebastian’s team showed incredible professionalism and genuine compassion. Special thanks to Alex and Joy for processing my refund so quickly and making everything stress free. I’m also deeply grateful to veterinary providers Dr. Casula and Dr. Bollag for their attentive and gentle care with our little Zengi, she was truly in the best hands.
The entire staff went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and kindness we received. Highly recommend this Banfield location for anyone seeking exceptional veterinary service!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
