Dr Laxminarayana Devireddy first did not come in the room, he had the staff bring our 3month old puppy to the back for a checkup I presume then the staff brought back our puppy into the room and said the doctor will be in soon. Dr came in said any questions like what?! Yes we are concerned about her blatter she's going freq abt every 20mins even in the house, his response was she's a puppy. Um ok well I have other dogs so I'm still a little concerned then I move on to her scratching.. his response was any fleas I responded no but her mother has really bad allergies. Dr response was ok just wash her in dawn soap anything else? Me and my husband just looks dumbfounded, well no bc we are clearly bothering you. Not once did he offer any insight knowledge nothing!!! After the doctor leaves the staff says ok you can go to front to checkout. I say well I thought we were going to get her setup for heartworm flea and tick medicine unless she's too young, mind you the doctor didn't offer any options. Then I notice on the paper work visit summary for ears it was says discharge and had discussion. That was a bold face lie! Nothing was discussed with us. If you book a visit here think again esp if the dr Laxminarayana Devireddy is listed. He is terrible and seems like he hates his job. Do not recommend. My other dog goes to redlion but I guess this happens when you go cheap.

I called and was immediately able to get a same day appointment with no hassle after explaining his symptoms. Each person from the front desk, vet tech, and vet were all extremely welcoming, thorough, and attentive. The only down side is that we traveled over an hour but it was well worth it. Thank you to the team that treated my Shadow! Additionally, the Petco cashier was very friendly and engaging with Shadow. From the moment we walked in until we left everyone was great!
