  If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD On this day, they were completely busy and my appointment for my furbaby was pushed back after waiting for over an hour. I ended up looking around so my furbaby could watch the birds and bought about $150 worth of his shampoos,dental cleaner and such. 30 more minutes passed, we were able to sit INSIDE of the franchise to wait with him. We were finally seen and this visit was very rushed in my opinion. The nurse came in and gave a brief overview of my concerns. Once the doctor came in the visit now seemed rushed ! No one washed their hands or changed gloves ( again it was very busy and I heard them going from one patient to the next). Overall , the building was dirty, pet snacks all over the floor had other fur, nothing wiped down or maintained for the pets in a clean environment( no hand sanitizer in the room nor was it used along with no soap or water used before examining). I don't know if the staffs attitude and being rough towards my fur baby was due to me being young and black with a voucher and they thought I just didn't care about my son or because I was questioning them about my other concerns that they never cared to go over. Verbatim, the doctor says, "whatever your concerns are I want to whine them out a lot of that we don't have to go discuss and regardless I'm going to do what is best". Though,visually speaking they never took the time to look at my concerns. CHECK HIM THOROUGHLY REGARDLESS OF THE DOCTORS OR NURSES BIAS thoughts. While checking his temperature instead of looking at the pet , the nurse and doctor are both watching me as they are pushing it further into his anus. ( A hard experience for them already you'd think you'd be a bit more gentle right? The nurse kept gripping his head to rub it as if that was calming). Right after, she checked his heart rate. Of course it wouldn't be normal right after being violated, she looks and says oh my gosh he shouldnt his rates per minute shouldn't be so drastic. I just looked at her a bit bewildered. Due to the fact that a heart beat seemingly should have been the first to be done not after you poked and pushed an object into his poor anus. BMP, Temperature, and weight first not mid way or last ! The same day after being discharged his anus was swollen and he wouldn't use the bathroom. Still to this day, his is having persistent problems using the bathroom which he never did and the amount of dosage prescribed is too much for his intake. Sad to say, did my research and completely feel bad for even taking my furbaby to this dump. On top of that, every staff that came into my passing looked tired, wore out,and lacked patient hospitality. If anyone really cares for their fur baby and how they are handled take them ELSEWHERE! Especially if it is an extensive visit, he now has issues that he never had on top of what he was dealing with. Which was never checked but charged for! Even though I asked numerous times and was dismissed.

  Did not have the materials to treat my pet. I was told they used them the day before. Should not be advertised as a total care vet!! Complete waste of a 45 minute drive
