Everyone was so kind, from The receptionist to the two Vets caring for our babies, we could not have been happier. I truly appreciated the kind touch they had when handling all 4 of our cats. We will be bringing our Dog into the clinic in the near future! To top it off it was free rabies shots for all. We cannot complain one bit!!! Thanks, Petco for having this Clinic!!!

From the tech having a massive attitude about me not wanting to put a slip lead on my CHIHUAHUA WITH TRACHEA ISSUES, to the vet insisting my VERY FRIENDLY male was going to bite her, to once again the tech not listening about us not wanting her to schedule our next appointment I feel like they just did not want to listen to a word I said. I know shot clinics are kind of the bottom of the barrel service wise when you need something done, but we were on a time constraint and trying to explain anything to these people was like talking to a mix of brick wall and a used car salesman trying to upsell. I should have known better so I guess it’s on me. If you have the money to go to a real vet, and want your animals treated well, I’d suggest doing that and avoiding this place. And just in case the vet actually sees this, my dogs basically lived with me at the clinic I worked at in California and had no issues with anyone or any of the vets there. If you had taken 5 minutes to stop talking over me like a know it all, you would have learned something. Stop judging the dogs that come in to you based on breed. My male has been used as a demo dog for veterinary handling classes. He was not going to bite you.
