All the staff were friendly and helpful. Molly gave both my Labs their grooming and I cannot say enough about how beautiful they both looked and smelled! Thank you Molly, you went above and beyond taking care of Nibbles and Nova. I just hope they weren’t too much to handle. Thank you again , will definitely be making another appointment with you!

Then I went back cuz I thought they would have decent feeder insects for my tarantula and bearded dragons and 89% insects were dead and then the lady proceeded to tell me im in the wrong for not having a pet license for my spider guess what I got a voicemail from the department of ag who's in charge of that guess what you dont then proceeded to get mad when I told the facts. Will probably refrain from ever going back until they hire smart people not ones who are miserable while they get to work with pets which is an honor.

We were informed that she was not allowed to sell us three .49¢ goldfish because "Some " species grow to be 16 inches long In a pond She had purple hair and face jewelry, the laziest attitude and worst customer service. No matter I went out to PetSmart and guess what told them the same thing and they sold us the gold fish we have a 15 gallon tank PetSmart said thank Petco for the new customer we had a great laugh 😁 😂 😁
