  Love bringing our dogs here and our dogs also love coming here. Facility is very clean and the staff takes wonderful care of the dogs. There are live streams you can watch and its clear the staff is also very attentive to all the dogs. This is my favorite day care to take my dogs to in the NOMA/capitol hill area. I also really appreciate that they are transparent about their prices as other facilities in the neighborhood arent! 10/10 recommend this place

  My dog Frankie absolutely loves Playful Pack. He’s so happy whenever I drop him off and in all the photos they post of him. The staff all know him and are so sweet to him. You can also see on the webcam that they’re constantly playing with the dogs and cleaning the play area. I also love that you can add on a bath during daycare or boarding so my dog comes home clean and tired.

  My dog Jade had the BEST time during her evaluation. Everyone was so welcoming & informative. They gave us a photo, some treats, & a report card on the way out. I will definitely be bringing her back.

  Our dog Lucy LOVES Playful Pack! We love that you can check in on her and her friends during the day… the facility is clean, there are fun activities planned, you can schedule basic baths for an affordable cost, and they send a report card everyday with photos. Best of all, the employees are ALL so friendly. I mean so nice. Whether we’ve called with questions or during drop off/pick up, everyone we’ve ever interacted with is so friendly and genuinely nice. We love coming here! My only request would be that they had extended hours: 8 pm would be ideal, and if they could accommodate an early drop off now and then (like 530 am) it would be absolute perfect. To be fair, I haven’t asked them about either of those options before. :) Thanks Playful Pack for loving on our girl!

  We’ve been sending our dog to Playful Pack NoMa ~once a week for a month and we couldn’t speak higher of the staff and experience. They have webcams if you want watch your puppy play all day, and while watching we’ve seen the staff be so patient and playful with our dog, petting him and being so understanding when he barks at them for love. They also always take silly pictures of the dogs, are so communicative, clean, and plan fun activities that keep the dogs happy and entertained. I was a bit nervous at first to send my dog to daycare, but they truly do an amazing dog of keeping each dog safe and happy, couldn’t recommend them more!
