Such a refusal may constitute a failure to provide reasonable accommodation, which is deeply unprofessional and potentially in violation of accessibility or disability rights standards. Furthermore, I have been subjected to inappropriate personal advances, including employees asking me out while I was shopping — an entirely unacceptable and disrespectful breach of professional boundaries. This behavior could reasonably be construed as harassment and contributes to an overall hostile environment.
