I was able to book a same day appointment after noticing an abnormal skin issue. Got him up to date on vaccines and received medication within less than an hour upon arrival. Nonjudgmental. Highly recommend!

Pricing is never really transparent and they always try to slip one by on you without giving an explanation or asking if you want additional services.

Dr. Sydney Devine and every tech I encountered at the Logan Circle office was super kind and helpful. Definitely put me at ease at a first-time vet appointment!

Have taken both of my boys to this location. Staff is always kind and accommodating. They are quick to respond with results which is great too! I had a particularly great visit with Dr Devine last week when one of my boys was having nausea & vomiting. I have an IBD cat and a newly diagnosed renal cat which was causing me a lot of stress. Dr Devine was clear in her plan and even helped me find a hydralized protein renal diet on chewy for me to order for them! She sent me the link and she approved it for me right away so that I could get my boys on the right food. They have both been doing much better and it’s so great to have great vet care so close to home!

Dr. Taylor Parry genuinely needs to have her license revoked. We’ve seen her twice over my past year and a half with Bond and both times have been scarring in terms of her rudeness to me and her aggression with my dog. Going to the vet is generally for something *not good* and she has a particularly unfriendly and condescending way of asking questions. Then for the exam, she asks the nurse to help *quote* restrain the dog so she can do a full body exam where she aggressively pulls up and back your dogs lips way past the necessary degree, then pokes and prods with a heavy hand all elsewhere. When my dog was trying to wiggle away when she pulled back her ear (which again, she did so way past a necessary degree causing my dogs head to turn upwards), she asked the nurse to *I’m quoting here* “better restrain her.” So then the nurse grabs her head and locks her in place so she can pull back the other ear. When I went over to sit on the floor next to them since my dog was clearly uncomfortable, she asked me to please move away. Restraining a dog who is being completely well behaving and obedient for a simple routine exam feels really wholly unnecessary? That’s also never been done by any other vet we’ve seen? To be clear — I have a ten year old golden retriever who has never hurt a fly and is very responsive to normal commands like “sit” and “stay.” Both times we’ve seen her was for a repeat ear infection that Lilly (my dog) gets frequently. The rest of our experience at Bond has been stellar - the front desk is very kind and accommodating, they are very clear about pricing, and our normal vet Dr. Devine is one of the best we’ve had anywhere. For those reasons, we’ll be keeping them as our primary vet location but I will never make an appointment again if Dr. Parry is the only vet available. Also please note that I’ve never once left another google review for anywhere literally ever but again I feel so so strongly about Dr Parrys approach that I feel compelled to say something - truly a horrific experience.
