I visited the office back in December for an appointment to discuss a bump on my dogs back and issue when using the bathroom. They looked at the bump and all they offered was surgery off the rip and performed a physical exam but wouldn't conduct a rectal exam which is included. Since my appointment, my dog has still been whimpering when popping and I still didn't fully understand why it wasn't done if that was a concern I brought up during my December appointment. When I called 3 weeks ago, they shared I would need to book another appointment, pay for a physical exam for them to look. What was the purpose the first time a couple of weeks ago if that is something just discussed and the issue wasn't resolved? All in all, I have been going BondVet since I moved here and it seems more and more that concerns are not really being taken serious and that they only care about getting more money out of my pocket. Or I am being met with come back and see if it gets worse just to spend more money.

My dog is very anxious and the staff was very understanding and supportive. They provided multiple treatment options so I didn't feel overwhelmed and listened to my concerns. I will definitely return in the event of an emergency!

Very disappointed with this vet clinic. They diagnosed my cat with a serious thyroid issue, but their follow-through on medication has been terrible. They only gave a 7-day supply which my cat should be on medication at least 3 weeks before exam again, they told us to order more online, then never approved the order — it was canceled, leaving my cat without meds again. It’s stressful and heartbreaking to deal with a sick pet while the clinic shows such poor tracking and care. A really bad experience. Another thing that it’s impossible to reach out them by phone. I had to visit the vet to beg for refills.
