Everyone at Bond Vet Capitol Hill is so kind and take great care of my dog! They are transparent about pricing and don’t try to force any extra care on you. We’ve been patients here for about 3 years and will continue to come back!

Lauren Marzolf at Bond Vet was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Handsome. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. She was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us so much peace of mind. Handsome can be a bit particular, but Lauren handled him with such calm confidence and kindness that he was completely at ease. It’s clear she truly loves what she does and cares deeply about her patients. We’re so grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary provider. Thank you for taking such great care of our boy! The Bond Vet team has been amazing with our service puppy in training. We took Zoey in for a last minute appointment suspecting a UTI. They were thorough, talked to us about the course of treatment and prevention. Our nurse, Lauren, was fantastic and it was evident how much she loved her job!

My cat has been a patient at Bond Vet Capitol Hill for 3 years. She is an older cat and needs a lot of TLC. Doctors Thomas and Shalini are very professional and caring. I would like to specifically call out Lauren. She made my most recent visit a pleasure. She is very caring and showed the utmost concern for Bes and for me as a result. Thank you all!

I visited the office back in December for an appointment to discuss a bump on my dogs back and issue when using the bathroom. They looked at the bump and all they offered was surgery off the rip and performed a physical exam but wouldn't conduct a rectal exam which is included. Since my appointment, my dog has still been whimpering when popping and I still didn't fully understand why it wasn't done if that was a concern I brought up during my December appointment. When I called 3 weeks ago, they shared I would need to book another appointment, pay for a physical exam for them to look. What was the purpose the first time a couple of weeks ago if that is something just discussed and the issue wasn't resolved? All in all, I have been going BondVet since I moved here and it seems more and more that concerns are not really being taken serious and that they only care about getting more money out of my pocket. Or I am being met with come back and see if it gets worse just to spend more money.
