They only gave a 7-day supply which my cat should be on medication at least 3 weeks before exam again, they told us to order more online, then never approved the order — it was canceled, leaving my cat without meds again. It’s stressful and heartbreaking to deal with a sick pet while the clinic shows such poor tracking and care. A really bad experience. Another thing that it’s impossible to reach out them by phone. I had to visit the vet to beg for refills.
