Horrible and heartless. Don't answer phone. Close for an hour in afternoon. Won't fill urgent prescriptions from other vets.

I was a Banfield customer for 3 years where my cat had normal, routine check-ups under their wellness plan. However the past three visits, the vets/nurses say they were unable to treat my cat because she was anxious and/or lunging at them. I had explained this multiple times to each new vet and even took her to a different location with the same results. I offered to stay with my cat in the room and the nurse was condescending and said it's usually the mom (me) who are anxious about their babies and that they only do drop-offs. I once again had to pay for a visit that had zero outcomes. Would not recommend.

Great customer service and friendly staff who really take care of your pet while he or she is with the staff.

Waited over a week to get the pup in due to a problem with swollen gums and eye irritation. When I arrive to my appointment, they confirmed that they would do tests but after tests and medicine it would be over $250?? My vet down the street would have gotten him in sooner.. What makes it worse, when I pick up my pup, they basically just hand him off and I’m the one having to ask a ton of questions just to find out any info. My pups gums are bad and he clearly has an infection and their advice is to contact a vet teeth cleaning place because it’s not included in my plan.. You turned my dog away when you could clearly tell something is wrong and won’t even prescribe or recommend any product to help?? I pay $100 a month for a membership for you what? There’s random fees every time I stop by Banfield. This place is a joke. You can never get ahold of any body, the vet won’t even come out and talk to you. Sending my pup away with an infection and not prescribing anything is inhumane. I truly cannot recommend staying away from Banfield. All their locations are just as terrible

Made an in person appointment for our new puppy. Waited 15 minutes and then was told we’d have to leave the dog and come back in three hours. Needless to say, we’re finding another vet.
