I’ve never experienced a veterinary clinic this frustrating and impersonal. First, it is nearly impossible to speak to an actual human. Calling the clinic routes you to a corporate call center with an automated system, which makes it feel like you’re dealing with a tech company—not a place responsible for your pet’s health. When you’re worried about your animal, the last thing you need is a robot. More concerning is the complete lack of follow-through on care. We have been trying for months to schedule our cat’s surgery. Each time, we’re told to “wait for a doctor to call.” No one ever calls. No updates, no accountability—just endless limbo while our pet’s needs go unaddressed. Appointments themselves have been a waste of time and money. Twice, we followed their exact instructions for pre-visit medication to calm our cat. Twice, it didn’t work. Instead of adjusting their approach or taking responsibility, they sent us home and told us to come back when she’s “more sedated.” Why is the burden on the owner to somehow guess the correct level of sedation? Why isn’t this being handled professionally in-clinic? Communication is equally disappointing. Every interaction feels scripted—like staff are restricted to corporate-approved responses that avoid giving real answers. There’s no transparency, no problem-solving, and no sense that anyone is actually listening. And all of this comes at a premium price. The costs are extremely high, especially considering the lack of effective care and the repeated, unproductive visits. Overall, this feels like a business optimized for scaling—not for caring for animals or supporting their owners. I would not recommend Bond Vet to anyone looking for responsive, compassionate, or competent veterinary care. We are leaving Bond Vet as customers and will not return.

Love the care my pet receives when she visits Dr. Thomas! This clinic is always busy but the team still takes the time to make you feel so seen and cared for.

Love everyone at Bond! My puppy gets EXCITED to go to the vet (well he’s excited everywhere). What is sometimes a tough experience for other pets Bond makes it easy for mine. Providing a comfortable environment from check in to post visit. Truly appreciate everyone on staff as a new pet parent.
