- MSMargaret SayersNov 2, 20241.0I arrived early, there was a groomer there, however, she was not the one assigned to my dog. My groomer was gone to another store to use the Rest Room. the groomer present also went to that store to use the rest room. she returned and stated she had told the groomer that I was waiting. It was past the time of my appointment but she still had not returned. I also had another appointment and could wait no longer, 30 minutes is to long to wait for them to take my dog for her appointment.
