I took my two dogs to this vet but would no longer recommend them. They’ve lost animals in their care. If you are looking for a vet that backs that they care for our beloved family members, this isn’t the place.

We brought our dog back to them after receiving medication and he was having reactions and they were so rude saying what do you want us to do or you can wait for 9 hours because we're busy with someone else who just came in while our dog was literally dying in our arms and they said what do you want us to do? We felt like we were treated horribly and they created a horrible experience for us to just come home and have our dog die in our hands, we feel like we were completely disregarded because they were just too busy on a Monday night with one car out in the parking lot, they diagnosed him to live another year on the medication and it was 3 days later and they wouldn't even see us when it was an emergency!

New England Vet Center provided the best ER care for our two dogs, both of whom had pneumonia. They received around the clock care, we received consistent communications from our vet, and while one passed away from a bad case, the other is surviving and doing well at home (Dr. Lynch is great!). It's awful to wait knowing your pet is at the ER, but we are so grateful for the care, compassion, kindness and attention we received. Dr. Lynch answered all of our questions and we are so grateful to have Scout back home. Thanks New England Vet Center!

Second pet that I've been unhappy with this service. Does not run their own urine work in house. I was told 24 hours for initial results, 3 - 5 days for culture. It's been about 36, so I called. They told me they will not communicate what has been found on the urine sample until the cultures come back because they communicate all results together.
Also, verbally told me they had given my cat a long lasting antibiotic, they had not. I noticed because I had not been billed. And on discharge paperwork said blandly that she had been given an injection of pain meds. Didn't state the drug or dosage.
Wait time is incredible. No other cars in lot and waited a significant about of time. Got urgently pulled into exam room to sit and wait another 15 minutes. Still no other cars in lot. Last time we were there I said never again, I'll go to Tufts, but knowing this was not immediately life threatening and how close they are, I gave them a second chance. Super disappointed. Looks like I will have to pay another vet for the same tests I'm waiting on here.

Took our dog because he dislocated his hip we got there around 6pm talk to a nurse and told her what happened show her the dog paperwork ( my dog was born with hip dysplasia) she told us she was taking him to the back and that he will need X-rays and we agreed. After 5 hours we were called in and the “DR” told us that was nothing wrong with my dog but his ear needed some treatment for yeast. We explained again what happened and his attitude changed he asked if we wanted to see my dog and of course we said yes. My poor guy was limping and in pain. DR came back and ask if we wanted him to take an xray. What? Isn’t that was supposed to be done hours ago before he talk to us? At the end we agreed to medication for his ear and some pain medication so we wasted hours in there for nothing. We are taking him to another vet that can help him and fix his hip. Never again will bring my baby there.
