Horrible !! I do NOT recommend. Now that I have a moment, I feel compelled to write about my experience, I called around 3am with a pet emergency, in the middle of explaining to the receptionist what was wrong, she rudely cut me off, and said, to see the vet will be $209 and anything further you would be charged accordingly, you can bring the pet if you want. I was so taken aback, I have never experienced such disgusting manners before from a receptionist at any care provider let alone a pet care provider. I immediately hung up and called another vet hospital, which was further away but they were 100 times more pleasant and warm and despite having to drive an extra 10 miles, I took my puppy there. I began to read reviews of this place and saw a lot of people mirror my experience. Something needs to be done, this is totally unacceptable, that receptionist needs intense training or should find another field as she does not represent the business positively at all.

Possibly some of the worse manners i have encountered in a long time. My wife called in advance to see if we could bring our dog in as he was having an emergency and they said sure. Only for us to drive a half hour to their office to be met with extremely rude nurse staff, who basically acted like we were stupid for bringing our dog in on such short notice. After explaining we were told to come they didn’t care and literally sent us away. Keep in mind this was in a massive storm so it was like 5 degrees outside. So incredibly rude, no sympathy, no apologies, just acted like we were the problem. Do not bring your pet here, they sure will take your money but don’t expect to be treated with respect. Bed side manner is important, it’ll do your practice some good to keep that in mind in the future.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy in customer service. At 2:30 in the morning, before a pending snow storm I called to see if I could have my pup seen. The receptionist told me to come right in. I took the 30min drive, only for the receptionist to greet me at the door with an annoyed look. I reminded her that I had called and she responded, with “I’m the only one here and there is an extremely long wait”. She then highly suggested I call one of the other clinics. She proceeded to give me a list of clinics even further away. I asked if she had an estimate on the wait time because I had driven a bit she said no, but claimed that hours before it had been an 8-12 hour wait. She insisted it was much worse at that time, even though there was NOT a single pet/owner in the waiting room or car in the parking lot.
