Basically an appointment time is useless since it seems walk ins are given priority. When my cat was eventually seen almost an hour past my appointment time everything went fine.
- BSBrittany SJul 13, 20251.00 STARS! Horrible Vet. I went to take my dog for shots and the staff was so unprofessional and made my dog's anxiety worse! Made me put a muzzle on her (after watching a 100lb dog not be muzzled for his shots) and the staff never greeted her when entering the exam room, making her anxiety worse! Needless to say they were too afraid to give her the shots. She's a sweet 55lb boxer/husky mix. They made sure to mark my dog's chart that she needs a muzzle and anxiety meds (which she has NEVER needed in the past- HAS NEVER WORE A MUZZLE IN HER 3 YEARS NOR TAKEN ANXIETY MEDS) Plus the woman giving the shots was so old and Shakey! Never going back there! Spend the extra money and go to your REAL vet.
