My only other complaint is they never trim his nails enough. I trim at home and do not here him "clicking around" He came home and he is clicking, so i had to trim them myself. Over all he looks great, but I wish they could trim the nails better. My dog is really good with nails. He will sit and give his paw, so It is not difficult to accomplish.
