  I made an appointment for my dog to get her nails done, drove 20 minutes to be turned away. I could tell they were looking for an excuse to not do it. First the girl tried to say my dogs vaccines weren’t up to date, even if they weren’t with everything we have learned recently vaccinations should be a personal choice- Regardless, they used that she’s on trazadone as an excuse. We went to Petsmart and they did a great job. They’ll get our business here out.

  The people here are some of the friendliest workers I have ever met in a place like this. I talked with a great guy named Nick, and you can tell he was very knowledgeable and passionate about helping and sharing correct information. He spent the time helping me with everything I needed, answered all my questions, and even helped with good deals! a PLEASURE shopping here and will definitely return.

  I ordered a pair of winter all-purpose boots for my dog. I ordered a pair of medium when I got there they didn’t have any so I took this long. They told me that they get their truck on Wednesdays to call in the afternoon after they put it away to see if I can get a pair. They knew that I needed a pair because they did not have what I needed it from before they didn’t even attempt to put it aside or take my name or information. I called at 2 o’clock, they sold all of them already. Now she’s telling me I have to wait till next week to call to me. This was like I don’t care about my a customer type thing you literally see me in there you could’ve asked for my name. Do you know what we’ll put one aside for you being that you’re already paid for them you’re not asking for your money back but yet I have to wait another seven days and hope that you guys have them because if I don’t call at the right time you’re gonna put them back on the shelf I’ve already paid for them in the wrong size. I do not recommend them at all.

  The associates were very courteous when available. The store is very understaffed, and the checkout line grew to about 8 customers while awaiting staff to answer call for "help up front". Meanwhile there was a constant sound of "call waiting for grooming". Similar situations have occurred in the past. Again, staff very helpful but far too few in number.

  Extremely happy with Petco grooming and Vetco services. Our groomer is very sweet and good to our dogs. We just brought our little puppy there for his first puppy bath and he came out looking so fluffy and soft. She does a great job.
