If you have a coupon on a receipt (the 10 dollar off from the holiday bs) and you have to return or exchange a BAD item (like yak cheese that went BAD) they will process the return but you lose the receipt on the original coupon. Do they tell you this before the process a return? Nope. The young female manager though will definitely tell you that too bad and go to corporate and you are just out the coupon. She should be managing nothing.
