I understand petco is a corporation and the employees can’t help the condition of the animals when they arrive but they can do so much more to make them comfortable. Instead they are lazy and when I let them know they should remove them from the floor so people don’t by them all I got was rolled eyes and excuses as if it wasn’t their job to take care of it. Disgusting really and not surprising but still disappointing. If you care about fish at all or any animals really. Source from small breeders not this abomination.

I feel bad for the employees who have to work in these conditions and hope that this is not happening in the rest of the store where the animals are kept. Please repair your building or at least find measures to prevent your employees from being rained on by ceiling water while they are doing their job. They deserve better
