  The grooming section was great. They were quick efficient and completed my dogs bath quickly. My dog was happy and clean. The ladies there were extremely nice and provided additional recommendations. My fur baby loves it so we will be back

  We are very happy with the service provided to our babygirl Xena. Customer servide was great, polite, answered all of our questions. This was Xena's first experience with a groomer, she smelled amazing, her nails were nice and short. We will be coming back again soon. Thank you for your amazing service.

  Essentials. They did a great job, and the staff looked like they love interacting with the animals. I know Buddy enjoyed it!

  Brought my dog here a couple days ago. The first person I spoke to at the front was a bit short and seemed to be in a bad mood so I didn't speak to her much. The next worker I found was much more personable and directed me to the groomers. The groomer was very friendly and I liked the way she handled my dog when I passed her off. When I returned she told me she tried to brush her teeth but only got as far as getting the toothpaste in her mouth so her teeth weren't actually brushed. The package I purchased was supposed to also include the expression of my dogs anal glands, this was also not done. I had to ask her about it and then she did it real quick before I left. Yes the staff are friendly for the most part but I'm not sure if I will go back because the package I paid for was not completed properly.

  I usually book with Tina, she’s amazing with my dog. but unfortunately I needed a appointment that i booked ahead of time. because I needed my dog groomed ASAP due to minor matting that I didn’t want to get worse overtime. i figured he should be fine because they hire certified groomers for a reason. I specifically asked for him to be short due to summer but still more curly hair left and was met with at shaved dog with minor cuts his legs and a open wound cut on his lip & to the hospital for 8 hours to be seen because bleeding would not stop and would constantly drip all over hospital floor. My dog was shaken up and anxious/ too alert I don’t know what happened there during his appointment with Brie but this was a huge no for me. I was booked with Brie, which was auto selected which ended up with my dog up at the animal hospital in Middletown. I don’t recommend due to the way my dog was left and where he ended up after being in her care. I understand if dogs move a lot during grooming, etc. but that’s exactly what groomers are supposed to be 100% trained/certified for and actually know what they are doing with animals!!
