My regular automatic delivery was held up by FedEx so I was scrambling on a Saturday afternoon for food to tide them over. Delivery was supposed to be that evening between 6:30 and 8:30. Around 8:30 I received an email that my same day delivery would be delayed. I finally got it the following afternoon. By that time FedEx had delivered my cat food and I no longer needed the special order. I had to make a trip to the store to return the extra food. I’m not impressed with Petco same day delivery. This is the second time they couldn’t deliver on time.
- DJDom JOct 30, 20251.0I went in yesterday, and while I was being cashed out by a tall man, he picked up a phone call and yelled for another worker by the name of Jen and mentioned that there’s a phone call for her, then a young girl with blonde hair came up from behind him and was standing there and then a couple seconds later a women came next to me while I was paying and asked the taller man who it was and he said it was a person asking about a bird then she goes does he sound “special” and that she doesn’t want to speak to him. The young girl spoke out and said that’s not nice. And the women continued to speak badly about the person on the phone. I was very disgusted and upset about the poor customer service displayed in front of other customer.
