  Unless you have 45 minutes to stand around, be ignored while the staff has personal conversations and then after ignoring you pushes hard to upsell don’t go. If I could give zero stars I would. Ethan is rude, disrespectful and doesn’t care about the customer. I walked out without purchasing anything. Not going back

  The staff is always very kind but like many chain pet stores there are so many dead or dying fish still on display, bettas especially are kept in small cold cups, at least they have barriers between them so they aren’t stressed to death.

  Staff members were very helpful and kind. Thanks…I was able to get the cat food and probiotics I needed for my kitty who is dealing with an illness.

  What a rude employee. The girl at the register was very nice but the woman I picked up my order pick up from was obnoxious. Only came here because it’s close to me if not I would of gone to petsmart
