I am currently staying in West Simsbury but had a great prior experience with Petco in Torrington. Again, the girls did not disappoint. I had communications with 4 girls working at Petco in Torrington and when I say the communication, caring and grooming were Stellar, I fear that might be an understatement. So I will just say THANK YOU THANK YOU and Everyone of you was Amazing. I did not get the name of the girl who actually did the Grooming but she was as sweet as ever and did an Amazing job on my furry friend Customer service is 2025 is lacking. Not at Petco in Torrington
