Store was empty and all employees at the front were talking. my walking up and asking for help gained their attention, someone pointed there finger and said back there…at this point Ann came forward and walked me to the isle showed me a few different brands and explained the key points about them. Excellent customer service from Ann. Thank you again

I came to the store at 6:30pm and talked to 3 employee who was having a difficult time finding capstar for dogs. One for said where sold out come back on Tuesday....I told her I been here already why don't yall have any...she said someone might have stolen them smh .....I continue to look around the store and find them near the last register in glass. The employee was not helpful at all A girl came in as I was leaving in a panic and needed help with a breaded dragon....the employee said yeah I don't know anything so I told her there's no help here go on YouTube!!!! This store desperately needs help!!! Try paying more money and you might get better employee's not careless kids!!!!
- MMMandyNov 16, 20251.0I have gone to this store a few times for freshwater fish. First time I had fish die within days. I was like okay maybe just a bad batch for fish which can happen. Tried again same thing died within days. Recently went to this store on November 11th or 12th, after staying away from this store for over a year. Now my water is perfect did water tests prior to purchase. I went into this store thinking okay last chance maybe things have changed since my last over a year ago. Well low and behold I bought fish for my 65 gallon tank and within 5 days I have had 5 of the brand new fish die. Now even after these fish have dird I have triple checked my water with my test kit. And it isnt the little sticks that you stick in the water no its the water test kit that you have to measure the water in the tubes and put exact drops per test in the tube and wait for results. My water is still test perfect. I will never go into this store again. Three strikes there out. Live fish buyers beware go somewhere else.
