- LJLisa JamesFeb 17, 20261.0I recently brought my dog golden retriever to the Petco in Southington. I had Kyle as a groomer. Before I left my fur baby, I told the staff about an injury that she had on her back leg. My daughter and I went to check back in on our dog and saw something heart stopping through the window. She was falling off the table that the groomer had her on and he was not being very patient with her trying to grab her good back leg. He wasn't even paying attention that her bad back leg was raised in the air. My daughter was crying in the store and wanted to intervene. I will not be going back there again! This is the only place that I have ever taken her to be groomed and will be looking for a new groomer.
