  This Petco is by far the cleanest and most organized Petco I’ve been to. I have been to so many Petcos and Petsmart’s where the animals were neglected, their tanks would be bone try for tropical species, guinea pigs would only have pellets, there would be an excess of crickets roaming around reptile tanks… This Petco doesn’t have any of that. In fact, all of the animals were happily out when I visited, usually they are hidden away at other Petcos. This Petco is amazing. Highly highly highlyyy recommend. Their animals are actually cared for here.

  They had dying betta fish , when I spoke to 2 employees abouy it they told me , " They look fine " !! I bought one of the fish to hopefully rescue it . It was sad to see people that are paid to work with animals have no passion or care for them . Its just a job and paycheck.

  Do not go here beware! The grooming needs to be shut down, animal cruelty!!! The way they treat the dogs is disgusting and harmful!!!!! I hope everyone is made aware of what is going on here

  Brad was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We got our first betta fish, and he had so many helpful tips and suggestions for us. We would definitely visit this Petco again and ask for Brad’s assistance!

  I typically walk through Petco while I’m waiting for my vehicle to be done at Town Fair Tire. In the past the staff was friendly and welcoming. Today I was not acknowledged when I walked in which is fine and is not my primary complaint but was different from my last experiences. I was looking at the gerbils, hamster and guinea pigs and found the majority of them had no water left in their bottles. I watched one gerbil struggle trying to get water for over 5 minutes and notified the staff. When I said excuse me the girl responded “yes?” and didn’t bother to stop what she was doing to look at me. When I told her most of the gerbils and hamsters have no water she laughed and said that’s someone else’s area to cover. I was infuriated by her response. She did not seem to care or have any urgency to make sure the animals are properly cared for. Maybe it’s just me but I wouldn’t care whose area it is to cover, I would get them water right away. I can only imagine how long they were without water and am disgusted at this employees lack of manners and compassion. If you don’t love animals, you shouldn’t have a job that requires you to take care of them. The same applies if you don’t have basic manners when dealing with people.
