- CCCarolineOct 15, 20251.0I showed up at 5:11 PM and the grooming salon was completely closed..lights off, no one there. I even asked an employee nearby who said, “oh, he must’ve left” which is completely unacceptable. Earlier in the day, I even called to confirm the hours and was told that I didn’t need an appointment for a nail trim (which I now assume is because he wanted to leave early despite me letting him know I will be coming in with my dog). If you advertise walk-ins, you can’t just close early whenever you feel like it. Your website and staff list specific hours, and customers should be able to rely on them. I drove 25 minutes for nothing. Management should really look into this and address this. Extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location.
- TCTyler CollinsJul 24, 20251.0I asked for a "puppy cut." We went over it in detail, the young lady who helped me was very kind, informative & patient. These are my issues: I arrived on time for my appointment, she told me my groomer was on a break & hadn't returned, ok no big deal. Then she & I discussed my dogs matting, it was only on his legs, not his body. When I came to get my dog, the young man who groomed him was serious, dry, no smile & a slight attitude. It was really weird. Then he completely flipped & was friendly. It was odd. He brought out my dog & he was completely shaved! Bald! His skin was showing! His face even his eyelashes (which used to be long & cute) were gone! I asked that he not get shaved too closely on his privates but it was done anyway. My dog is STILL shaking a week later. His bottom area is almost raw & very sensitive. He's been so uncomfortable. With no hair, he gets really hot when I walk him in the heat, and cold in the house with the air on. We've had to put his doggy coat on him. And he keeps shaking. Im really angry & will never ever go back!
