- MGMarion GardellaFeb 22, 20261.0I’m really disappointed with the service at Vetco Clinic. The person I dealt with was neither friendly nor professional. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication within the team, which only made things worse. The day before my appointment, I received a call saying that the blizzard might cancel it, but I could come in as a walk-in the next morning for my dog’s appointment. When I arrived, the staff member seemed to have a personal issue with dogs from breeders. I’ve brought my two rescue dogs here in the past without any issues, but this time, the experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. My puppy had already received two vaccines from the breeder before we took him in. Due to multiple snowstorms, we were delayed by three weeks in continuing his vaccinations. Despite that, this lady insisted on making us redo all of them, which felt completely unnecessary. It left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the lack of understanding and flexibility. I won’t be returning to this clinic with our new dog nor my other two dogs, nor can I recommend this vetco location in good faith. This took place 10am on February 22nd, 2026.
