    Petco Norwalk CT. I only went there because I happened to be in Norwalk and needed crickets for the Dragon. I go to Brookfield Petco. I will NEVER stop at Norwalk again..I walked in and asked for crickets. The guy said they're on the shelf over there. I said I need fresh bagged crickets. Well he insisted they were just bagged, fresh and ALIVE. There were not enough there, only 60 and I needed 100. It was like pulling teeth to get him to bage up another 40. When I got home one of the pre bagged cricket bags were all dead. I was so mad! AND I asked for large crickets. These pre bagged crickets were barely medium crickets. They are so small it took twice as many to fill up my boy's belly. The bag he did while I was there lived longer, but also were very small. I will alway wait o get home and go to BROOKFIELD Petco. They are the best. They do their job and do it well.

    I enrolled my puppy in dog training classes at Petco in Norwalk and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. Originally, I planned to attend classes in Westport, but the Norwalk location said they had a new trainer starting and encouraged me to sign up there instead. Because the classes were scheduled in advance, I adjusted my work schedule to make sure I could attend the sessions. The trainer, Megan, canceled the first class the day it was supposed to start, explaining that there weren’t enough people enrolled. The following week we finally had our first class. When I arrived for the next scheduled class (week three), I was told that the classes had been canceled entirely due to scheduling changes. Megan said she had called and left me a voicemail, but the call came from a Colorado Springs number so I assumed it was spam and didn’t answer — and there was no voicemail left. What made this even more frustrating is that the same morning I received a text message confirming the dog training appointment and reminding me to bring vaccination records. I only found out the class was canceled when I showed up at 5:30 PM. There was no clear communication ahead of time and very little empathy when explaining the situation. The only solution offered was to attend classes in Milford, which is about a 40–45 minute drive from Norwalk and not practical. I understand that scheduling changes happen, but better communication and consideration for customers’ time would go a long way. This experience was extremely disappointing.
